1. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your PaylioWise account at any time through the application settings. Cancellation will take effect immediately, and your data will be queued for permanent deletion in accordance with our GDPR policy.

2. Group Exit

Cancellation of individual group participation requires all pending splits to be settled. You cannot cancel or leave a group if you have outstanding debts or credits that affect the group's financial balance.

3. Subscription Tiers

If you are on a premium tier, you can downgrade or cancel the subscription at any time. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
