Refund Policy

1. Digital Services

As PaylioWise provides digital financial orchestration services, refunds for subscription fees or premium features are generally not provided once the service period has commenced.

2. Transaction Corrections

If an error occurs in our split algorithm, we will provide technical support to correct the calculation and re-sync the group data at no additional cost.

3. Requesting a Refund

Valid refund requests (e.g., accidental double billing) must be submitted to support@payliowise.com within 14 days of the transaction.
