Steps to Delete Your Account
To request the permanent deletion of your account and data, please follow these steps:

- Verification: Our support team will verify your identity via your registered email (info@payliowise.com) or phone number to prevent unauthorized deletions.
- Processing: Once verified, your account and eligible data will be purged from our active systems within 30 days.

- Social connections and group memberships.
- Active financial contexts and split configurations.

- Transaction Ledgers: Records of financial settlements and debt resolutions are retained for up to 7 years to comply with UK financial regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
