1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and DIO CORBACI LTD, a company registered in England, concerning your access to and use of the PaylioWise product.

2. Nature of Business

PaylioWise is a financial orchestration platform. DIO CORBACI LTD is listed under SIC code 56101 - Licensed restaurants. While we provide tools for expense management, we are not a banking institution.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use PaylioWise only for lawful purposes related to shared expense management. Fraudulent entries or attempts to circumvent our security protocols are grounds for immediate account termination.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors (including Sonu Kumar) be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or financial disputes within your private groups.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of England and Wales. DIO CORBACI LTD and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of London shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
